In the Apptivity 3.2 manual "Deploying Apptivity Applications" pages 1-68 through 1-77 of Chapter 1, "Understanding Server Configuration," discuss the System Manager. The System Manager is a GUI tool used for server configuration in Apptivity 2.x. It is not a feature of Apptivity 3.x.
