CAUSE:
A GPF happends when you run Progress 7.3E under Windows 95 and Windows 98 in combination with MS Proxy Client Version 2.0 and you connect/disconnect to a database using TCP over Netware.
FIX:
For Windows 95:
Put winsock.dll from original Windows 95 CD into /dlc/bin.
For Windows 98:
Put winsock.dll from original Windows 98 CD into /dlc/bin, and apply patch 14 to the Win16_7.3E client. Note that Progress Version 7.3E is not supported with Windows 98.
If this workaround does not work, you can add "c:\dlc\bin" to the PATH environment in the autoexec.bat file.
