Kbase 19300: Error 6846 and Raw Partitions

This kbase has been added to provide some possible solutions to error:
Files must be standard files only. (6846)
This error may occur during prostrct create, procopy or prodb in V9.X, if there is a problem with a file in the .st file of the new database.
If you are trying to create your database with raw partitions, the problem might be that the disk you are trying to create the raw extent on is not a raw partition.
Another possible cause is trying to create a raw partition on NT. Currently, there are no plans to support raw partitions on NT.
