INTRODUCTION
============
When trying to connect a client machine to a database on the server you may receive the message "Unable ro create socket. errno=2 (781)"
SOLUTION
========
If this problem is related to a single workstation you first want to check if the proper protocol is (still) installed on the workstation.
In one case all the TCP/IP drivers were removed from the system.
If this is not the case, check the the regular points for networking problems.
