Kbase 19259: Error 67 when starting a database with Procontrol

Procontrol starts up fine. If you try to start a database you get " Error 67 ommunicating with Procontrol". When shutting down Procontrol you get the same error message. Be sure you are logged in as "Administrator". If you go into NT services you can shut Procontrol down. It is possible that you may have a bad network card. You must have a network adapter installed to run Procontrol. If another network card isn't available, you can install the MS Loopback Adapter as a test. This can be done by going to the Control Panel and selecting Network. Go to the Adapters tab and select Add. Scroll down to find MS Loopback Adapter and select OK. You will need the NT CD to complete task.
