GOAL:
How to convert 8.3 database back to 8.2 using PROUTIL
FIX:
If there is a need to convert a database back to 8.2 from 8.3 without dumping and loading, use the following undocumented PROUTIL option:
proutil <db> -C v80db
This is not a formally supported method and should only be used as a last resort.
