If you are having trouble printing because you are running low on disk space on your C: drive and cannot move files to another drive you can change the location of where Windows will spool print file to by modifying the "DefaultSpoolDirectory" in the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Printers
