100+ arrays missing jump table 93-12-11-001 93-07-01-081
When bug 93-07-01-081 was addressed, it introduced another problem.
The second problem is fixed in 93-12-11-001.
The problem has been traced to a bug in the
logic updating vector fields.
The bug was introduced in bffld.c as a mistake in another
patch made this fall to fix bug 93-07-01-081.
PROGRESS has been sending out patch releases containing bffld.c
to fix bug 93-07-01-081 as well as others.
Any further patches sent out should contain
the corrected code.
The correct code has been installed in
6.2P 6.2O 6.3F 7.3A 7.2D
It HAS NOT BEEN INSTALLED IN 6.3E or 7.2C as of 14 Dec 93.
People sending out patches to 6.3E and 7.2C should be
advised to include the latest version of bffld.c from
the 6.3F or 7.2D directories.
You can tell if you have the correct code by looking
for the string "93-12-11-001" in bffld.c If it is there,
then you have the correct bug fix.
