Install 8.x on NT: you do not have administrator privileges
This document applies to: Installation on NT
Version and Release Number: 8.2, 8.3
INTRODUCTION:
=============
When trying to install version 8.x on NT the you may get the following message :
"Administrator Install error: the installation has detected that you do not have administrators privileges".
But the user does have administrator rights.
SOLUTION
========
Simply create a new administrator in the local administrator group.
STEP BY STEP DETAILS
====================
1. Start the User Manager (from Administrative tools)
2. Create a new user
3. Select Groups icon and add 'administrators' to Group Memberships
4. Logon with this new user
5. Install Progress
