Report Builder does not print Bitmaps
SUMMARY: Report Builder does not print Bitmaps
Knowledge Base number: 19158
Version and Release Number: 8.3A and greater
INTRODUCTION:
You upgraded from 8.2C or previous Report Builder version
to a 8.3A or later release and some of your bitmaps are not
printed correctly.
STEP BY STEP DETAILS:
This happens most likely with the black & white bitmaps.
Open the bitmap, go to image attributes and check what color palette
is used. If it is Black and white (grey scale), change it to Colors.
Save the changes and the bitmap will be printed fine again.
The ImageQuality parameter in .ini file has no effect here.
