This document applies to: Progress Version 9.0B and Webspeed 3.0B on
Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 5

Some customers have reported that after installing 9.0B or 3.0B on an
NT system with sp5, that the AdminServer did not get registered
properly. They have found that uninstalling and then reinstalling
Progress or Webspeed clears up the problem.

Progress has not been able to reproduce this problem, so we do not
have further information at this time about the details of what
causes it.
