SYMPTOM(s):
Could not load Oracle library <library-name>. DataServer not started. (2011)
When Oracle 8.x and Oracle DataServer are installed on the same machine, error 2011 is seen when connecting to foreign ORACLE instance via ORACLE Net8
CAUSE:
The system PATH variable contains ORACLE_HOME\bin directory (for example c:\Oracle\Ora81\bin).
FIX:
To resolve the issue, copy the Ociw32.dll file from your ORACLE_HOME\bin directory to the ORACLE DataServer working directory.
