The database is being shutdown. (1384)
SYSTEM ERROR: Releasing regular latch. latchId:<latch-num> (5028)
Error: Progress-f-badexit, abnormal termination has ocurred.
VMS database can not be shut down after a user is killed.
CAUSE:
Several processes may remain attached to the database, being not possible to stop it or start it up again.
