INTRODUCTION: The dbrpr utility has an added feature of being able to
scan particular areas of the database in Version 9.
STEP BY STEP DETAILS:In the Version 9 dbrpr main menu, there is now an
option 9 on the menu to change the working area. The default working
area is the schema area. If you select option 9, you get a list of all
the areas of your database to choose from.
If you choose option 1 Database Scan Menu, there is an option 9 on
this menu also which is to apply scan to all areas.
If you run dbrpr the old way, options 1 & 4, scan for bad blocks &
records, it will only scan the schema area. You must select an area,
or all areas to scan properly.
THIS IS STILL AN UNSUPPORTED UTILITY!!
