HLI/C:About last parameter to sqllogin, the application name
HLI/C: Sqllogin using static sql/precompiling before preprocessing.
The last parameter, application name is used if precompiling before
preprocessing a module. What happens is that a .r file is created for
each sql call. A unique name is generated for that .r file.
The default filename for each .r file is a randomly assigned hexa-
decimal number. If the application name parameter is non-blank then
the first two characters of that value are used to preceed the default
hexadecimal file name.
