FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.0B
Progress 9.1A
SYMPTOM(s):
Error testing the ODBC connection to a Progress Database from ODBC Administrator.
Error: Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 127.
Error occurs after installing 9.0B and V9.1A Beta on the same machine (Windows 95 or Windows NT).
Error 127 means "The specified procedure could not be found."
Merant 3.50 32-BIT ODBC SQL-92 Driver
CAUSE:
Known issue, during the V9.1A Beta installation process, all of the required DLLs are not copied correctly into %windir%/system32 directory.
FIX:
Copying following V9.1A DLLs for the ODBC driver will solve the problem.

Copy the following files from %DLC%/bin/system/ to %windir%/system32 directory:
