binary load and idxbuild
After completing a binary load of a table into a database, you have to
do an idxbuild in order for the records to be accessed. When the
proutil dbname -C load filename command has finished, you will get a
message that the records have been loaded into the table. If you try
to access the records before doing an idxbuild, it will appear that
there are no records in the table.
