This client is not licensed for remote connections (4406)
when trying to connect to a database with Webspeed.
STEP BY STEP DETAILS:
To make a remote connection to a progress database, you need
to have a license that includes client networking. This is determined
by looking at the progress.cfg file. The default location of
progress.cfg for Webspeed, is in c:\program files\webspeed.
If you are receiving this error, check your environment variables,
especially DLC and PROCFG to make sure they are pointing to the
correct progress.cfg file. (For Webspeed version 2.1, check them
at the operating system level as well as in the WinChar Startup
section of the progress.ini file in \webspeed\bin). Some environment
variable is pointing to a different installation of Progress -
one that is not licensed for a remote connection.
