s/e 1410 err code returned from fdfnd, VMS, increase pgflquo
Error code <number> returned from fdfnd (1410)
Progress received unknown return code from DBIM while retreiving
a record.
VMS - Users were previously able to access tables. A select
group of users are now no longer able to access these tables
when "nothing has changed". The tables are accessed through
an RMS gateway.
Check AUTHORIZE quotas, specifically page file quota (pgflquo) and
enqueue quota.
In the above scenario the select group of users had a lower
page file quota than other users who were able to access tables.
Another possibility - compare ENQUEUE quota of an account that works
with the account that doesn't. Increase ENQUEUE quota appropriately.
