SUMMARY:
If you are using Visual Basic itself or have installed Visual Studio
6.0 and are getting error 429 on code that used to work, check to see
if you have installed MSDAC 2.1 (Data Access Controls - ADO) and/or
the Visual Studio Service Pack 3 or higher.
EXPLANATION:
The MSDAC 2.1 software is not compatible with the 9.0A release of the
Open Client Toolkit.
SOLUTION:
You need to upgrade to 9.0B or higher.
