INTRODUCTION:
=============
Customers may experience the following error messages when trying to
connect to AppServer using V9 product:
Name Server at Host <Host> Port <port> is not responsive. (8239)
Application server connect failure. (5468)
Unable to Connect to the AppServer for the asbroker1 service.
POSSIBLE CAUSE OF ERROR:
========================
If client/server connection using TCP (-N TCP -H <host> -S <service>)
works fine the problem may be related to firewall, as communication
to Name Server uses UDP.
CORRECTIVE MEASURES:
====================
Configure your firewall to enable UDP connection to the NameServer
port.
