Applies to Apptivity 3.0.1 J ( Japanese Edition )
SUMMARY:
Apptivity 3.0.1J only supports I.E. as a browser for Applet-based applications. If the Internet Explorer Java Console is open, a deployed Applet-based Java application, not using the CAB archives which are supplied in the redist directory of Apptivity Server, may generate errors and hang
SOLUTION:
To avoid this, either use the CAB files supplied in redist for your deployment, which also gives better download performance, or disable the Java Console in Internet Explorer. The Java Console is disabled by default in Internet Explorer so this problem shouldn't be encountered unless the Java Console was explicitly enabled.
