limit of 99 db objects (.db + .dn + .bi + .ai) v6 and up

HP 9000 Model 827S,,,931116-33832,jamlast night did prostrct add, then got s/e 1117 on server startup
(bksavst: more than 30 file descriptors needed...)
90 extents, 2 .bi's -- they were adding 7 extents.
finally found the release notes.

prostrct add does not work properly... ok, he sees that too. since
he's already restoring, he's all set.
I'm going to doublecheck this with unix to see if it's likely the
known problem. that error # was seen under 5.2i with a patch to
fix....

per rgw on consult follow-up, this is an accurate error message.
There is a limit of 99 total database objects (used to be 30...).
They have 100: .db + 97 extents + 2 .bi's
calling Lon and/or Jeff Ross to get the word back to them.

reached Jeff -- all set
