The <OE Explorer installation directory>\config\fathom.init.params file is missing
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows Server 2008
OpenEdge Explorer 10.2A 64-bit
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Uninstall OpenEdge Explorer using OpenEdge provided uninstallation program (Uninstall OpenEdge Management and OpenEdge Explorer) on the Start > programs (All Programs> OpenEdge Explorer > Uninstall OpenEdge Management and OpenEdge Explorer.
After the successful uninstallation, reinstall it back again.
