FIX:
To undock the AppBuilder tool from the main OpenEdge Architect window:
Select Project from the main menu or right click on the project in the Resources view.
Select Properties.
Navigate to OpenEdge > AppBuilder.
Uncheck "Run AppBuilder docked in OpenEdge Architect".
