Performing a custom install of OE Studio
ODBC driver not installed if only ODBC subcomponent checked during custom install
Development Data Source Options Component is automatically checked when the ODBC subcomponent is checked
The Oracle client is left unchecked

Development Data Source Options Component is not actively checked

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00207982
FIX:
No fix at this time.
To workaround the issue, run the add components option. When selecting components and subcomponents, only the Data Source Options Component and Oracle Client are available. Proactively select the Data Source Options Components. Either leave the Oracle client checked or unchecked and complete this add components install. The ODBC driver should now be available.
