The packages supplied by the vendor is for OE10.2B
Windows
OpenEdge 10.1x
OpenEdge 10.2x
CAUSE:
The OE10.2B Web Client is not installed
FIX:
Install OE10.2B web client and than install the web client based application from the vendor.
