Enhancement Request to have the -assemblies scan PROPATH to locate assemblies.xml directory
GOAL:
The Use Assemblies (-assemblies) client startup parameter now expects an absolute path to the directory containing the Assembly References File (assemblies.xml) and any third-party assemblies or a path relative to the working directory.
GOAL:
Having the -assemblies scan the PROPATH for the directory makes application configuration easier especially because the PROPATH mirrors other language concepts (CLASSPATH in java, PATH in OS, probing path in .NET, etc) .
