SYBASE 4.9 on DG Machine does not work with 6.3B03 need 6.3E
Progress version 6.3B03 does not work with Sybase 4.2. Progress
used Sybase 4.0 objects which are not binary upward compatible with
later Sybase versions such as Sybase 4.2. Therefore, when the user
tried to build the Sybase Gateway through PROBUILD we can not link
the objects.
**Version 6.3E will be released at the end of December 93 and will
support Sybase 4.2.
