OpenEdge Architect Thirdparty Feature (3.5.0) requires feature "org.eclipse.wst.xml_core.feature (3.1.0.v200901260254-7C7OFPeF7RZHIXHnTz0Jqc0)", or compatible.
.log file contains following error:

Using standalone Eclipse installation, version 3.5.0
OpenEdge Architect Plugins have been imported into Eclipse using the <DLC>\oeide\integrateArchitect.bat script
Feature org.eclipse.wst.xml_core.feature (3.1.0.v200901260254-7C7OFPeF7RZHIXHnTz0Jqc0) is added to Eclipse by OpenEdge

CAUSE:
Feature org.eclipse.wst.xml_core.feature (3.1.0.v200901260254-7C7OFPeF7RZHIXHnTz0Jqc0) is required for OpenEdge Architect Thirdparty Feature to run properly. The feature is missing from the current Eclipse installation hence the error.
FIX:
Re-run integrateArchitect.bat
