SQL Exception: error in network daemon
Error: <command name | SQL Exception message>. (8933)
making use of service name for connection to database
Cannot telnet using the service name.

CAUSE:
service name not associated with a port on the client machine
FIX:
Identify the port in the services file on the database host server and modify the DSN to reflect that port or add this service name and its associated port to the services file on the client.
