SYMPTOM(s):
Error 12470 when trying to enable Progress Clusters
Database is enabled for Failover Clusters but it was not started due to error 0. (12470)
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows Server 2003
OpenEdge 10.2B
CAUSE:
The Parameters tab on the Cluster Manager for the Progress database was not showing when the client connected
to the Cluster Manager remotely.
FIX:
Configure the Cluster Manager on the actual server the Progress database is served on.
The Parameters tab will be there and after filling out the settings the database willl start in cluster mode.
