Short filenames are not correctly recognized.

INTRODUCTION:

The short directory names and long directory names are not correctly
recognized by Progress even if they point to the same directory.
STEP BY STEP DETAILS:
=====================
Just a sample: Create direcory 'very long name', 'cd very
long name' and then issue 'prodb sports sports', then
'proserve sports'. Now try 'cd ../very~1' and 'proshut sports'.
You should get message that no server is running. The same "error"
applies for all DOS command utilities. Imagine for example situation
with prostrct...
To "solve" this issue be sure that you always use either short
or long names and do not swith between them.
