Using "setup -u" from DOS prompt to install OE Ultra controls on the existing installation of OE10.2B
When use "setup u" from the DOS promot per solution P161977, the installation error 133 is apparent
INSTALLATION ERROR (133): Product not installed. Unable to update product

CAUSE:
Using product update when installing a new license of the same version on the existing installation. If a new license is being added/installed on the existing product of the same version, the setup should be run itself instead of the update license.
FIX:
On Windows 7, right mouse click on the setup.exe and select "Run as administrator" to spawn the installation process.
