FIX:
There are two properties files that are installed with WebSpeed 3.x:
1. msngrs.properties
2. ubroker.properties.
The msngrs.properties file is used for Messenger only installs of WebSpeed 3.x It should be renamed to ubroker.properties in a Messenger only install.
In a full WebSpeed install, you will see both ubroker.properties and msngrs.properties. The information in msngrs.properties is duplicated in ubroker.properties initially. Any changes you make to the messengers through Progress Explorer will change the ubroker.properties file, the msngrs.properties file is not used.
