Secure Socket Layer (SSL) failure. error code -54: unable to get local issuer certificate <Certificate Name> from <DLC>\certs (9318)
Error 9318 when AppServer tries to use SSL to connect to the database.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Using self-signed certificate.
Error does not occur when attempting connection from developers workstation.

CAUSE:
The hashed certificate file created by the developer was not copied to the AppServer's installation directory certs folder.
FIX:
The hash file referenced in the error (9318) must be copied to the appropriate client system installation directory into the certs folder.
The hash file will be <filename>.0 in the error message.
