The Web Service can be consumed from other tools whether running under JBOSS or Pramati

CAUSE:
The wsdlsoap:address node in the wsdl file was pointing to the wrong hostname.
FIX:
Modify the wsdl file and ensure that the wsdlsoap:address field is pointing to the correct hostname.
