SUMMARY:
V8 global transaction and .df very large.
EXPLANATION:
Under progress V6, the transaction scope when loading an incremental
.df was "atomic". Now In Progress V8, the transaction scope is "global".
In some cases, when the incremental .df file is very large, you can
reach the 2 gigabyte limit size for the .bi file.
This is bug number 19990608-003.
SOLUTION:
To work around this, split the incremental .df into several sub-incremental .dfs.
