Getting Error: unknown command, when trying to download a file from the ESD center
Unable to download any files.
The Download Manager Status is: ERROR
Error Details: The Following error occurred while downloading:
Unknown Command

All Supported Operating Systems
Progress/OpenEdge Product Family
CAUSE:
HTTPS is enabled and standard ports are being blocked. Must use HTTPS to download the files.
FIX:
Use HTTPS to download the files, one file at a time.
To do this:
1. Click on the Advanced Download Options for the item you would like to download
2. Select HTTPS Download button in the new windows and select a directory for the download.
