FIX:
Progress / OpenEdge installations should use the same bit version for all components of the installation this includes the Java used with the Progess / OpenEdge installation.
If the Progress installation is 32-bit a 32-bit Java should be used.
If the Progress installation is 64-bit a 64-bit Java should be used.
