Can't get older trending data in the GUI management interface of OpenEdge Management
Can only see 2 days worth of data in OpenEdge Management
Disk data only goes back two days in OE Management
Database data only goes back two days in OE Management
FACT(s) (Environment):
All Supported Operating Systems
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
The default is 48 hours (2 days) for this type of data.
FIX:
Change the following setting:
Options Graph Cache
Graph Cache Database Configure , default is 48 hours.
Change it to whatever amount of time you choose for hdisk and database
NOTE the warning.
Warning
Use this functionality with care. Substantial increases in the time period of retention of graph cache samples will result in large increases in disk space consumed by the graph cache samples (especially with regards to Database resources). Larger graph caches may also noticeably slow creation of graphs due to more substantial paging requirements to access the data.
