OpenEdge Explorer doesn't allow replication properties to be shown or edited
OpenEdge Explorer no longer shows the ability to edit replication properties
Starting the database shows multiple Replication Status messages within the database log file.

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00165949
CAUSE:
A number of OpenEdge Replication parameter max values were increased in earlier versions, however the AdminServer was not updated to accept the new maximum values. The three most common that may be exceeded are:
defer-agent-startup, AdminServer max value is 1440, actual max value is 10080
[control-agent] connect-timeout, AdminServer max value is 65535, actual max value is 86400
[agent] connect-timeout, AdminServer max value is 1440, actual max value is 86400
FIX:
None at this time.
Workaround:
Decrease the values down to the AdminServer maximum value.
