Installation hangs in "Processing Data" phase

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00192743
FIX:
As a workaround, remove pscluster.exe from %DLC%\bin during the file copy phase of the installation before the file extraction phase completes. It will allow the process to continue and successfully configure all components.
