Oracle Linux is a service offering on RedHat Linux.
Currently, when Oracle Linux is installed and you look at /etc/redhat-release it still states RHEL. Oracle hasn't rebranded the OS. So with this in mind, any RedHat release we support, we?ll support the related Oracle release.
Since we support RedHat 5.X, hence we support Oracle Linux 5.X.
Oracle Linux 5.X is a supported platform starting from OpenEdge 10.2B.
