Getting error (10356) when trying to run a prorest command to restore a copy of a database.
Access to database <db> not allowed. The database is enabled for site replication but either replication is not running, or this process is not authorized to open a replication enabled database. (10356)

The database backup is from a replication enabled source database.

CAUSE:
The database that you are trying to restore already exists and is a replication enabled target database.
FIX:
Either disable replication on the database you are restoring on top of, or delete the database before trying to restore on top of it.
