SYMPTOM(s):
AppServer configuration procedures fail without being executed
Activation, Deactivation, Connect, Disconnect and Shutdown procedures report errors in AppServer.Server.log being executed:
TRACE: <config phase> Procedure '<procedure name>' START (14244)
TRACE: <config phase> Procedure END FAILED. (14265)
No code from configuration procedure is being executed (custom debug messages that are first executable statement don't show in AppServer log)
AppServer properties set srvrExecutionTimeLimit > 0
AppServer agent has been idle for a period longer than the Execution Time Limit
FACT(s) (Environment):
The request procedures (those specified in the RUN ... ON SERVER ... statement run by the client) execute normally

Workaround:
Disable the srvrExecutionTimeLimit by setting the value for the property to 0
