Windows "Progress needs to close... message
Protrace generated
4 second delay after expected data is received through COM object, then crash
Problem occurs every time a credit card is processed
Problem began after upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1C
FACT(s) (Environment):
No Progress messages
Application sends credit card processing data through VeriFone COM object (.dll)
Signature received through VeriFone machine
All expected data is returned from VeriFone COM object
Problem did not occur in OpenEdge 10.1B
