Error 1890 in the database log file:
BROKER: Could not spawn a server. (1890)
FACT(s) (Environment):

OpenEdge Explorer
Windows Event Level is Brief, Normal, or Full.
CAUSE:
Incompatibility between WIN32 remote server process (_mprosrv) and the parameter "-evtlevel"
FIX:
In OpenEdge Explorer leave the option Windows Event Level as NONE. Alternatively, remove or comment out the parameter "eventlevel=<value>" from %DLC%\properties\CONMGR.PROPERTIES.
