"OpenEdge 10 Platform & Availability Guide" footnote O states that personal database licenses is not supported on Windows 64-bit
"OpenEdge 10 Platform & Availability Guide" (last updated July 1, 2010) states that OE10 Personal RDBMS is not supported on 64-bit Windows

"O. Windows 64-bit platform does not include support for the OpenEdge Personal RDBMS."

CAUSE:
The "OpenEdge 10 Platform & Availability Guide" footnote ("O", page 12) is out of date
FIX:
OpenEdge 10 Personal RDBMS is supported on various 64-bit Windows versions (for supported Windows flavors). The incorrect footnote will be removed in the next release of the document.
