This issue has only been reproducible on a Dell Precision 380 machine with Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.20GHz (with and without hyperthreading enabled). Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 3. The issue was not reproducible on a virtual machine (using Windows 2003 Server) nor on a Dell Precision T3400 with a Dual-core Intel CPU. May exist for 10.1C.
FIX:
No fix at this time.
Possible workaround:
Increase minimum threads for Java from zero to 10 via the Sonic Management Console Advanced tab.
